☀️How to Survive Mornings 101☀️

Here are some personal tips from me to you, so your mornings can become the best way to start your day:

MOVE YOUR BODY

This is something I’ve seen in almost every morning routine blog, and honestly, I used to think it was just a way to make you feel bad if you didn’t go to the gym for hours first thing in the morning.

But I’ve realized that simply moving my body doing a short yoga routine, going for a light jog while listening to my favorite playlist has helped me start my day in a much better mood.

At first, I’m always tired and don’t feel like doing it, but after a few minutes, my mood improves a lot. Just remember: the beginning is always the hardest part, push through it, and you’ll see the difference, trust me

EAT BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING

Breakfast, as our first meal after an overnight fast, is key to having a good morning. It gives your body and mind the glucose (AKA) energy needed to get through the day

So eat something that nourishes you, but also something you enjoy. (You can find some great ideas on another page of this website 😉)

DON’T OVERTHINK EVERYTHING

As a teenage girl, I understand how difficult it can be not to feel stressed about all the responsibilities and things we have to do during the day

But worrying about everything as soon as you wake up will only make you start your day in a bad mood.

When things start to feel overwhelming, take a deep breath and remember this: “Each moment carries its own worries”. So don’t focus on the future focus on the present moment.

SET YOURSELF UP FOR A SMOOTH MORNING

If you have an early plan or commitment, try to leave everything ready the night before. That way, you won’t feel stressed about what to wear or worry about forgetting something at home.

(I promise it will make your morning ten times easier)

LAST BUT NOT LEAST

Always remember that having a bad day doesn’t mean every day will be bad. Take a deep breath, and remind yourself that tomorrow is a new opportunity to start again
