Fatigue
It's time to talk about the fatigue
The fatigue is defined as extreme tiredness that makes it difficult to carry out simple daily tasks. This can be caused by emotional, physical or mental factors.
Let's explore some causes
Such as Imsomnia or Sleep apnea
Not sleeping enough reduces both physical and mental energy.
When the mind never rests, the body feels exhausted.
Constant stimulation drains your focus and energy.
Our bodies need nutrients to give us energy, which is why poor nutrition is one of the main causes of fatigue.
It's important to recognize what's causing that fatigue in your lifestyle, so take some time to analyze your routine and habits to see if there's anything you can fix or if it's more of an emotional issue.
But while you analyze those factors that may be affecting your routine, here are some of my strategies for fighting fatigue and making everyday life more bearable.
There's something called a coffee nap, which is drinking a cup of coffee and then taking a 15-20 minute nap. Doing this can really help you wake up with more energy to complete your tasks.
Take a short shower with very cold water, let the water run over your face; this helps you feel more awake and energetic.
Have a cold drink, it can be just a glass of water with ice, or with something else like lemon or orange; this, besides being something delicious to drink, give you energy to continue with your day.
